AeroOps is an internal inventory and project management system I built while leading the Deep Tech AI team at Abhyuday Bharat Group. Designed for drone R & D teams, it replaces spreadsheet driven workflows with real time visibility across parts, projects, and people. AeroOps currently tracks 3000 plus components across multiple drone programs, delivering a 75 percent reduction in inventory management time and full audit level traceability. This case study breaks down how the product was conceived, built, and scaled using modern product thinking and AI assisted development.
Drone Inventory & Project Management Tool
A System concept and an Application Prototype called ARFit. It is an Augmented Reality based application which uses Lidar sensing and Image recognition to superimpose apparels as 3D objects on users in real-time. This facilitates the users to purchase the right size and fitting while shopping clothes online.

I analyzed a large data set representing crime rate in 2021 to 2022 using Python libraries. Type of crime, Shooting Occurrence, Date, Time, and District are some of the criteria I used. Based on the given statistics and visualizations, some important conclusions concerning the relationship between crime trends and other criteria were drawn.

Schbang Shop was an e-commerce venture dedicated to offering high-quality graphic t-shirts suitable for various occasions. As the founder and product manager, I undertook the entire process from concept to execution. This project not only involved creating an appealing online store but also optimizing it for better user experience, running effective ad campaigns, and monitoring performance through data analytics.
